Kindergarten Fun

Once a week I go to help in Justin's kindergarten class. It always puts a smile on my face, but something happened today that just cracked me up.

I was timing kids on how many letters they could identify in a minute. It was going pretty well until this one kid about half way through starting singing them. I could understand if the notes were in abc order, but they weren't. Just 100 random letters on the page and he was singing them. Just totally making up a melody as we went. Not softly mind you. He sang high notes, low notes, long notes and short notes. I tried really hard to keep my composure, but I just couldn't. I started giggling so hard I had a hard time pointing to the letters.

What a great kid!!
