Jared's work

As many of you know, Jared is the technical director for the Opera. He works very hard and is extremely good at what he does. (A bit of bragging, but still true.) The opera is currently performing Macbeth. The set they rented was missing a few elements that the director wanted. One was a cauldron that had to disappear and also be big enough for someone to be lifted up through. The second was a throne that the "ghost of Banquo" would appear in. Jared designed and supervised the construction of these elements. They turned out very well. If you'd like to see it, check out the link below.

Jared also does set design and has had many opportunities to design. His latest design was for "School House Rock" at the Grand Theatre. It was a really fun show that was geared to young audiences. We took the kids last week and they had a great time! Below is their website where you can find a link to a preview of the show. You don't get to see the whole set, but you can still get a feel for Jared's design. Great Job, Honey!
