Around Christmas our kitchen floor (vinyl tile) started cracking and chipping away. We decided we had no choice but to replace it. We (I) decided that if we were going to pull up baseboards and the floor then we should also paint. So this last week we did the painting part. Here are some of the shots of the makeover.
We will be doing the floor and new baseboards sometime in the next month.

Looks good! Did you have to prime it all first- or did you go straight for the paint?
We just painted. The red took two coats. The green wall also took two coats to cover, but the rest we rolled it on thick and then just touched up any spots we missed.
The place looks great!
