One day we played in the creek at our campsite. The water was freezing!!! But it didn't stop the kids from picking a water fight with Jared. You might want to take note that Jared is using a bucket while all the kids had a small plastic cups.
Jamie challenged her dad to a 'polar bear sit.' In other words who could sit in the freezing water the longest. Both were too stubborn to give up. When Jamie's lips started to turn blue, I told Jared to get up so Jamie would get up too. It was a bittersweet win for Jamie.
A day at Bear Lake! It was so fun. We went to the North Shore. The sand was so soft and the water was pretty shallow and very warm.
We had this old air mattress in the van. So Jared blew it up for the kids to play on. It didn't last too long because it had a hole and it went flat. But the kids sure had fun while it lasted.

We went to an ice cave in Paris, Idaho. It isn't very big. It took us less than ten minutes to walk through, but it is really interesting. The cave has snow and ice in it year round.

Our last night Jared and John made an awesome fire. I think the goal was to see how high they could make the flames go.
