Mary Poppins

One of the perks of Jared working in the theater is that occasionally we are able to get tickets to some pretty good shows. This fall we were able to get some free tickets to see the Broadway Touring show of Mary Poppins. Unfortunately Jared was out of town so he wasn't able to go, but the kids and I went and enjoyed it very much. We ended up with tickets that were only 3 rows from the stage. It was AWESOME!!!! We all loved it!!
Waiting for the show to start...
Another perk of knowing people in the theater is that we were able to take a backstage tour of the set.

At the Capital Theater

Outside the Capital Theater there is this kind of fun "art". They are these really bendy poles you can pull on and they bend and then go back. The kids had a great time playing with them after the show.
